Effective date: July 15, 2026. These terms govern MOATiT’s text-messaging program (the “Program”), operated by MOATiT, 2306 Pocatello Creek Rd, Pocatello, ID 83201.

1. Program description

The Program sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and customer-support/service updates to people who explicitly opted in: by checking the text-consent box on our online booking forms, by verbal request when booking by phone, or during client onboarding.

2. Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies; typically 1-3 messages per scheduled appointment or open support ticket. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Opting out

Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your unsubscription; no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again as you did the first time.
