Castle Soul runs on payments infrastructure certified PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level, audited annually for two decades. Compliance is shared between platform and business; the point of managed processing is that we handle your side (network segmentation, secure configuration, questionnaires) as part of your IT.
Does it work with my POS, website or ERP?
In most cases yes — 200+ processor integrations, Shopify and 125+ carts, QuickBooks and Xero, and for enterprise systems we build the custom integration. Many setups migrate without reprogramming; we confirm during your free review.
Can I take payments over the phone?
Yes — key them into the virtual terminal from any browser, or send a secure link by text or email, which is usually faster and safer.
What does switching involve?
A free review of your statement and setup. If it makes sense to move, we handle the merchant application, configure terminals and software, integrate your systems and train your staff — one team coordinating the whole cutover.
