The history of MOATiT began in 2013 when CEO Ali Khan set out to redefine what managed IT could mean for growing businesses. Frustrated by the lack of reliable and responsive IT partners available to local organizations, Ali envisioned a firm that combined enterprise-level capability with small-town accessibility. We launched operations in Pocatello, Idaho in 2013 and what grew from a local support shop quickly grew into a full-service technology partner serving municipalities, public agencies, and regulated industries across the Mountain West.
