MOATiT SMS / Text Messaging Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you opt in to text messaging with MOATiT we collect your name, mobile phone number, and the content of messages exchanged with us, along with delivery status information.
How we use it
Your mobile number is used only to send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling replies, and service follow-ups you have requested. Typical frequency is 1–3 messages per scheduled appointment or open request. Message and data rates may apply.
No third-party sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the messaging platform providers necessary to deliver the messages to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile numbers or messaging data.
How you opt in
You only receive texts from MOATiT if you affirmatively opt in: by checking the text-consent box on one of our online booking or contact forms, by verbal request when scheduling an appointment by phone, or during client onboarding. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, call (208) 696-5707, or email support@moatit.com.
